NEW YORK, NY, January 29, 2007—eStyle Software, developers of PreQualEngine, a mortgage loan prequalification, product search and pricing engine in use by wholesale lenders across the country and by individual loan officers via the Internet, has announced that its loan program search functionality will now be tightly integrated into the MortgageDashboard Web-based loan origination system (LOS) offered by Vuecentric Inc., Austin, Texas.
PreQualEngine replaces dozens of paper rate sheets and then provides ongoing maintenance of both rates and guidelines so that brokers are always in sync with their wholesale lender partners. Brokers can search for a loan product fit using only four basic parameters, such as Loan Amount, LTV, FICO, and property state, allowing them to provide immediate feedback to the borrower. The version licensed to wholesale lenders also allows brokers to pull credit to ensure that the borrower actually qualifies for any loan programs the search engine returns.
MortgageDashboard, the industry’s leading Web-based mortgage loan origination system provided under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, is in use by over 25 Net Branch companies and thousands of individual mortgage brokers.
