VUECENTRIC ANNOUNCES SPECIAL PRICING FOR WEB-BASED LOS
Straight through, paperless loan processing has never been this affordable.
AUSTIN-MARCH 5, 2005--Austin, Texas-based Vuecentric Inc. has introduced special pricing for the professional version of its Web-based MortgageDashboard loan origination and processing system for a limited time. CEO Jorge Sauri announced today that the company would be making MortgageDashboard available to firms with 10 or fewer loan officers for only $99 per month, if they register for the service by May 1. Individual loan officers or mortgage brokers who sign up before May 1 will pay only $249 per year, with quarterly payment plans available.
This special pricing is only available for a limited time and does not apply to Vuecentric's enterprise software versions.
Sauri made the announcement during an appearance on Rob Hain's MortgageMag Live, a Web-based audio program that serves the mortgage lending industry. The program is hosted online at www.mortgagemediamag.com.
Sauri visited with Hain and co-host Bill Draving on the show for more than 30 minutes, discussing all aspects of the company's technology and the special pricing Vuecentric is making available to new clients for a limited time.
"We're launching an aggressive campaign to get more mortgage brokers using our Web-based LOS, MortgageDashboard," said Sauri. "This much power has never been this affordable for individual brokers, small enterprises with 10 or fewer loan officers, or even small net branches. This is a great reason to try processing loans without the problems associated with paper."
MortgageDashboard was designed to allow straight through processing of paperless mortgages for mortgage lenders, credit unions and banks. It provides loan product optimization, loan application processing, all state-specific forms and disclosures, automated underwriting and closing documents. In addition to conventional loans, the platform supports subprime automated underwriting as a Web service and includes one of the industry's best product and pricing engines.
MortgageDashboard was built on Vuecentric's WebOrchestraT platform, which offers a flexible, easy-to-use, real-time, secure and high-performance Web-based environment. WebOrchestra makes it possible for MortgageDashboard users to set up their own internal networks quickly - including electronic partner networks (EPNs) - and to keep all documents in the process in an electronic form right to the closing table. The platform was designed to allow for completely electronic mortgages, but the file can be papered out for a wet-ink closing.
Based on the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization's (MISMO) data standards and e-Mortgage guidelines, WebOrchestra is designed with the vision of supporting MISMO's SMART docs that will eventually make the entire loan application process electronic, including digital signatures, loan packaging and delivery to the secondary market.
Strictly applying the Service Oriented Architecture concept, WebOrchestra reaches out and allows collaboration with other services that are published and available on the Web for invocation. Through the use of Web services - a key strategic capability for integrating business processes, data, and organizational knowledge - WebOrchestra makes it possible for a loan originator using MortgageDashboard to engage with any third party business process required to process a loan.
